Objective 5

  This is a discussion of a TedX talk in which a young lady while growing up in Africa, was only able to access stories of persons that did not look like her, its effects and thoughts surrounding this culture. This presentation is something that made an impact on me and my journey of making sure to understand each person’s individual journey, attempting to understand people through their lens, not just trying to be in their shoes.
